Okay, I know it's not actually called the stub tag (template?) but it's what my brain was supplying. Anyway.

We have a lot of pages for minor characters that are tagged as stubs, needing addition of information and expansion. However, there simply isn't a lot of information for a lot of them. Yoshiko, for instance, is a character mentioned once in passing by Father. She has very little information to be known about her, yet her page is tagged as a stub.

Shouldn't we remove the stub tags from the pages with little information to be known?
